Thermotec-Eco S.A. — Investment Opportunity in Waste-to-Energy
Project Overview
Thermotec-Eco S.A. is launching the construction of a modular waste-to-energy power station in Czerwionka-Leszczyny, Silesian Voivodeship, Poland. The plant will utilize advanced flameless gasification technology to convert RDF (Refuse-Derived Fuel) into synthesis gas, generating electricity and heat.
The total installed capacity of the station will be:
- 3.45 MW of electricity
- 2.94 MW of heat
The project is environmentally sustainable, aligned with EU circular economy strategies, and addresses the growing demand for decentralized energy and waste recycling.
Legal and Investment Model
The company is registered as a joint-stock company (S.A.) in Poland, which allows investors to receive shares in exchange for capital investment. A buy-back obligation is provided after 5 years at a predetermined formula-based price.
Investor participation is documented and legally secured. The model is transparent, and full legal documentation is available upon request.
